Terms and Conditions for OX-Athletes CrossFit and Martial Arts Gym

1. Introduction

Welcome to OX-Athletes CrossFit and Martial Arts Gym. By becoming a member or using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Session Packages

For our private training session packages, we offer flexibility to suit various needs. You can choose from packages of 5, 10, 20, or 30 sessions. The expiry period varies depending on the package size:

• 5 sessions expire in 3 weeks
• 10 sessions expire in 5 weeks
• 20 sessions expire in 10 weeks
• 30 sessions expire in 15 weeks

This allows you to plan your workouts according to your schedule and preferences.

4. Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans provide even more convenience and savings for our members. With options for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year, you can commit to your fitness journey with ease. Each subscription plan comes with its own freeze policy to accommodate any breaks you may need:

• The 1-month subscription does not allow freezing.
• The 3-month subscription permits a freeze of up to 1 week.
• The 6-month subscription allows a freeze of up to 2 weeks.
• The 1-year subscription permits a freeze of up to 3 weeks.

These terms and conditions ensure clarity and fairness in the utilization of our session packages and subscription plans, empowering you to achieve your fitness goals effectively.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 General Behavior

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5.2 Use of Equipment

Members must use equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Equipment should be returned to its designated place after use. Any damages caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the member.

5.3 Attire

Appropriate workout attire and footwear must be worn at all times. Training shirtless is not allowed. Footwear is mandatory as long as you are outside of the martial arts area. The use of towels is mandatory to maintain hygiene standards.

5.4 Age Restrictions

Open gym access is not allowed for individuals younger than 18 years old.

6. Classes and Training Sessions

6.1 Class Booking

Classes must be booked in advance either online or at the reception desk. Members are encouraged to book early to secure a spot.

6.2 Cancellations

Cancellations for private training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in a penalty fee or loss of session credit. Cancellations are not mandatory for group classes.

6.3 Personal Training

Personal training sessions are available at an additional cost. Sessions must be booked in advance, and cancellations require 24-hour notice.

7. Liability and Waiver

7.1 Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that participation in CrossFit and martial arts activities involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, members assume all risks associated with these activities. Athletes younger than 18 years old must bring their safety kit (head guard, mouth guard, etc.).

7.2 Waiver of Liability

OX-Athletes CrossFit and Martial Arts Gym, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.

7.3 Medical Clearance

Members are advised to seek medical clearance before participating in any strenuous activities. The gym is not responsible for any health issues that arise from participation in our programs.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during membership registration will be used solely for gym-related activities and communications.

8.2 Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws and ensure that personal information is securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments

OX-Athletes CrossFit and Martial Arts Gym reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
